Description

Ceylon Cinnamon sticks are peeled from Sri Lanka. Only Ceylon Cinnamon has the best medicinal values in the world. Sri Lanka Cinnamon or Dalchini is traditionally used for Gas, Diabetes, Candida, Weight Loss, Cancer, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Stomach Flu, and much more.

It is considered much better than local Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Indonesian Dalchini, which are actually Cassia and not true Ceylon Cinnamon.

Ceylon Cinnamon or Sri Lanka Dalchini in Hindi is particularly popular because it has low levels of Coumarin compared to Cassia Cinnamon.

Benefits

Blood Sugar Control: Several studies have found that Cinnamon has properties that help those with insulin resistance. It is therefore very popular among Type 2 diabetics who take it to support healthy blood sugar variations.

Gas and Acidity: The oils found in Ceylon Cinnamon are thought to reduce spasms, reduce gas (flatulence), stimulate appetite, and support digestive health. Cinnamon may help prevent gas formation by reducing the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin from the stomach walls.

Candida Yeast Infections: Cinnamon has shown an amazing ability to support the body against medication-resistant yeast infections. It has been studied for its effects against Escherichia coli bacteria and Candida albicans fungus.

Stomach Bug / Flu: Cinnamon is traditionally used as a remedy for stomach discomfort due to its antibacterial properties. Research has shown that Cinnamon may be effective against bacteria such as E-coli, Salmonella, and Campylobacter.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): Digestive Cinnamon may help reduce uncomfortable feelings associated with IBS, especially bloating. It supports digestive function by promoting a healthy gastrointestinal environment.

Cancer Prevention Support: Research shows that Cinnamon is being studied for its potential role in supporting cancer prevention. Studies have explored Cinnamon's effects on tumors, gastric cancers, melanomas, leukemia, and lymphoma cells.

Weight Loss: Cinnamon is traditionally used for weight management. It may support healthy circulation and metabolism, which can be helpful as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Support: Ceylon Cinnamon is traditionally valued for supporting brain health, memory, and cognitive wellness.

Usage

For general purposes, take 1–1.5 grams of Ceylon Cinnamon every day in the morning with honey.

If you are diabetic, take it with water instead of honey. Mix 2 grams of Ceylon Cinnamon in water and boil it. Allow it to cool and drink when it is comfortably warm.
