Harshringar / Harshingar or Parijat leaves are very good in treating malaria, chikungunya, and dengue. This leaf can be used also as an anti-bacterial. Bacteria that can be resisted by this plant is E. Coli, Staph infections, fungal infections, combat encephalomyocarditis, cardiovirus, and forest virus. For those of you who have ringworm, try using herbal ingredients from harsingar leaves. The trick is to make this leaf into a paste. Then apply in the area that has ringworm. Do it regularly until your ringworm is healed.

Harsingar leaves are very good in treating sciatica and rheumatoid pains as well. For this sciatica problem, you have to take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon with water every day. If you want, you can boil the same and drink like tea.

Recommended dosage: Generally 1 Tsp. 

It is always better to consult your doctor/ physician/ dietitian.

    Paarijat for sciatica

    after reading on net, I gave paarijat powder , 1 teaspoon everyday to my wife. she was suffering with sciatica pains. It works well, she is relieved a lot.
